PURPOSE:To obtain sharp and fogless images by using an electrophotographic toner for dry processing which indicates a specific viscoelastic characteristic and using a jumping and brush developing method which transfers and develops the color toner sticking on a developing sleeve and carrier surface onto a photosensitive drum. CONSTITUTION:The electrophotographic toner for dry processing which exhibits the viscoelastic characteristic having the storage elastic modulus G' of the toner ranging 1X10<5> to 2X10<6>dyne/cm<2> at 100 deg.C, 1 to 1,000dyne/cm<2> at 180 deg.C, the loss elastic modulus G'' ranging 1X10<5> to 5X10<6>dyne/cm<2> at 100 deg.C, 100 to 10,000dyne/cm<2> at 180 deg.C, and <=6.0 ratio between the loss elastic modulus and the storage elastic modulus (tan delta=G''/G') at 100 deg.C and <=250 at 180 deg.C is used and the jumping and brush developing method for transferring and developing the color toner sticking on the developing sleeve and the carrier surface onto the photosensitive drum is used.
