VERWENDUNG VON ZWEI- ODER DREIWERTIGEN KATIONEN IN IMMUNCHEMISCHEN TESTS

摘要

The use of water-soluble salts of divalent or trivalent cations in immunochemical methods for detecting and determining an analyte in a sample is described. It is shown that these salts increase the specificity of such determinations, in particular the background signal in solid-phase immunochemical methods in which the detection of the analyte takes place on a solid phase is reduced by addition of one of the said salts.
