Provided is an X-ray apparatus. The X-ray apparatus includes an X-ray source which emits an X-ray; a collimator which controls the irradiation of the X-ray and rotates around the optical axis direction of the X-ray; a first rotation transmission part of a ring shape arranged around the optical axis of the X-ray in the X-ray source; a second rotation transmission part which is engaged with the first rotation transmission part to rotate according to the rotation of the collimator; a rotation detection part which detects the amount of rotation of the second transmission part; and a detection part which has a light receiving surface to which the X-ray emitted from the collimator is inputted. So, an alignment state between an X-ray irradiation part and the detection device can be controlled.
