PURPOSE:To obtain the material having high saturation magnetization in which the spin rearranging phenomenon can be shown at a room temp. or above with small amounts of rare earths by specifying the compsn. constituted of Nd, Co, Fe, Ti, Zr, Hf, etc. CONSTITUTION:The thermally sensitive magnetic material has the compsn. constituted of, by atomic ratio, Nd (Co1-x-yFexMy)z (where M denotes at least one kind among Ti, Zr and Hf and 0<=x<=0.5, 0<y<=0.5 and 5.5<z<=19 are regulated). In the material, the amounts of expensive rare earths to be used are reduced, saturation magnetization is furthermore high and the spin rearranging phenomenon can be shown at a room temp. or above. |
