PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of minute vibrational components and reduce the noise made at the time of rotation considerably by providing a thrust force bearing seal chamber part in which one end part of an axis of rotation is rotatably inserted through sealing parts as well as a fluid is sealed hermetically. CONSTITUTION:A thrust force bearing seal chamber 5 in which one end 2 of an axis of rotation 1 is rotatably inserted through sealing parts 3 is formed. A fluid 4 is hermetically sealed into this seal chamber 5. When the axis of rotation 1 moves in the direction of an arrow D, the edge surface of one end part 2 of the axis of rotation 1 presses the fluid 4, so that the capacity of the seal chamber 5 is decreased, and thereby liquid pressure is heightened, thus supporting the axis of rotation elastically. As a result, the generation of minute vibrational components is prevented and the noise made at the rotating time of a rotor can be considerably reduced. |
