PURPOSE:To prevent deformation and improve rigidity of a finished product without spoiling its external view by fitting one open end of a reinforcing plate to the end at the bent side of a bent part and providing the other open end in a position away from the corner of the bent part. CONSTITUTION:A reinforcing rib 5 is provided between a curve plate 2 and an internal bracket plate 3 in such a manner that the rib is vertical with the bent part. Then the external open end (the open end at the bent side) 5a of the rib 5 is so arranged as to fit the end 2a of the curve plate 2 and the end 3a of the internal bracket plate 3. In addition, the internal open end 5b of the rib 5 has an edge parallel with the edge of the external open end 5a and also the edge is provided in a position away from the internal surface 6 or the corner 2b of the bent part, thus forming the rib structure free from uniformity of thickness in the bent part As a result, a deformation is its molding is prevented and its external view and quality are improved. |
