The pressure-limiting and flow-regulating valve is inserted in the bore of a hydraulic system, having a plunger joined to a seat. Inside the plunger is an adjusting sleeve, fixed onto a circular stepped portion on the seat. A spring supported at the other end of the sleeve thrusts a plug against the outlet e from the seat. The stepped portion (6) of the seat (4) has a rib or groove (17) where the sleeve fits over it, and against or into which the sleeve wall is pressed. The plunger (3) fits onto an annular step (12) on the seat, a sealing ring (14) being fitted between them. USE/ADVANTAGE - Flow and pressure limiting valve is simple to instal; accurate adjustment, and reliable in use.
