<p>PURPOSE: To limit transmission/reception of electronic messages and to inform a designated third person by transmitting a level required for classification in relation to each classified electronic message and automatically limiting transmission to transfer a condition message in the case of a low classification level in a reception system. CONSTITUTION: When an electronic message to be transmitted requires a classification level, indexes of the message and the classification level are inputted to an output log of a transmission system, and the message is transferred through a network. When a received electronic message is classified, a classification level of a receiver is retrieved; and if the classification level of the receiver is not high enough to receive the classified electronic message received by the receiver, a negative acknowledge is inputted to an input log of the receiver, and a report of non-transmission is transferred to the transmitter and, in some case, a designated third person. Thus, transmission/reception of classified electronic messages is limited, and a report to the designated third person is automatically generated.</p> |
