A remote-controlled, programmable hearing aid system comprises a hearing aid (2) in which amplifiers are housed, a signal-processing circuit whose transmission characteristic at any time can be determined by means of a set of control parameters, and an external control device (1) with an emitter for cordless transmission of control parameters dependent on the hearing aid and a receiver circuit arranged in the hearing aid for receiving the control parameters. This system is characterized in that input means (3) for inputting audiometric data/information and a data-processing device (4) for deriving control parameters from the audiometric data/information are provided for transmission from the control device to the hearing aid. |
