发明名称 ANTIREFLECTION COATING FOR CHALCOGENIDE GLASS
摘要 PURPOSE:To suppress a reflection loss to a low level by forming a fluoride coating on chalcogenide glass and laminating a chalcogenide glass coating consisting of a two-component system composed of Ge and Se thereon. CONSTITUTION:The chalcogenide glass is subjected to multilayer coating by first forming the fluoride coating (1st layer) at lambda/4 film thickness on the chalcogenide glass, then laminating the chalcogenide glass coating consisting of the two-component system composed of the Ge and Se at lambda/2 film thickness thereon. The antireflection coating having excellent environmental resistance is obtd. by laminating the chalcogenide glass coating consisting of the two- component system of the 2nd layer on the 1st layer in such a manner. The chalcogenide glass coating consisting of the two-component system composed of the Ge-Se is adjustable in refractive index by changing the compsn. ratios thereof. The reflection loss is drastically decreased in this way.
