<p>PURPOSE:To prevent operator's work from being complexed and to improve working efficiency by deciding operator's skillfulness by the passing time from output time and the relative appearance frequency of an on-line help message to an error message body. CONSTITUTION:In the case of outputting and displaying an error message, a character string combining a message number and a message body is sent to a message I/O program 2 and displayed on a terminal. A processing program 1 sends the message number to an output decision program 3. Thus, the operator' skillfulness of a certain error message is expressed by the output frequency of a detailed explanation message or the like displayed by an on-line help function. The necessity/unnecessity of each explanation message is decided by the rate of each explanation message output frequency to error message output frequency. Thus, the output display of an unnecessary explanation message can be suppressed and operator's processing can be speeded up.</p> |
