PURPOSE:To improve the quality of a sheet, while no crack is generated at through hole-parts by a material in which the slurry with which photosetting resin is mixed, is caused to flow out on the colorless transparent belt on which the patterns for glare- protecting the through holes are drawn, and light is radiated on the sheet through the belt from the underside of the sheet dried at a prescribed thickness, and then the through hole parts having been glare-protected, is removed. CONSTITUTION:Photosetting resin is mixed with slurry 1, and said material 5 is caused to flow out on the belt 2 by a feeder 7. Glare-protecting patterns 3 are drawn on the belt 2 so that light 12 is not radiated on the through hole parts to be formed on a green sheet 8. The slurry 1 is sent to a guide 4 by sending the belt 2 in advancing direction 6 of the belt, and is chafed into a prescribed thickness by a doctor blade 5, whereby it is formed into a sheet shape. The slurry 1 having a sheet shape becomes a green sheet 8 by drying. Since the photosetting resin is mixed with the green sheet 8, the part onto which light 12 is radiated through the pattern 3 drawn on the belt 2, is photoset, and the part except the photoset part is not photoset. Which the photoset part is retained, the through hole parts 11 are removed, thereby forming the through holes 13. |
