PURPOSE:To prevent the change in color formability by cryogenic preservation by specifying the contents of a high boiling org. solvent and UV absorbent in one layer contg. one kind of a specific cyan coupler. CONSTITUTION:One kind of the cyan coupler expressed by the formula I is incorporated into one layer and the high boiling org. solvent is incorporated into this layer at least at 0.3 by the weight of the cyan coupler in the layer; further, the UV absorber is incorporated therein at least at 0.05 by the weight of the cyan coupler in this layer. In the formula I, R1 denotes a halogen atom, aliphat. group, etc.; R2 denotes a halogen atom, hydoxyl group, etc.; l' denotes 0 to 3 integer; R3 denotes a hydrogen atom, etc.; T denotes a hydrogen atom or the group which can be eliminated by coupling reaction with the oxidant of an arm. primary amine developing agent. The degradation in the color formability by the cryogenic preservation is prevented in this way.
