PURPOSE:To easily output a designated specific program by providing the controller with a control part for judging whether a program number registered for an output request is included in the range of a designated program number or not or whether an attribute or a formation data coincides with a designated one or not. CONSTITUTION:The program numbers, attributes and formation dates of respective programs stored in respective areas of a memory 100 and the leading pointer of the memory 100 are registered in the columns of a table stored in the memory 100. At the time of executing a program output request through an input device 102, an operator simply designates the range of the program number during the generation of the output request, the attribute of the program or the formation date of the program. The control part 101 sequentially refers the contents registered in the table and selects the program of the program number coincident with each output request. Consequently, only the object program can be outputted from an output device 103 to an external apparatus.
