PURPOSE:To simply provide required service required by a customer or a patient by properly selecting and inserting a medium such as a card for storing a service offering program. CONSTITUTION:In order to offer a new service, a medium such as a card storing the service offering program is prepared and received by a computer 10 or a control computer. As the result, the read service offer program is newly stored in a service offer program storage area arranged in the memory of the computer 10 or the control computer or the program can be directly accessed from the computer 10 to the medium. When a request for the addition, change, deletion, or the like of the service offer program is generated in case of temporarily reading and storing the service offer program in the memory of the computer 10, only the medium storing the service offer program concerned may be read out. |
