<p>The kinds of media users have are stored in a table inside a service center system, and a medium is determined by inquiring a receiver upon request from transmitter. When voice is used as the medium for such inquiry and service, sound elements accompanied by descriptors are stored together with syntax data consisting of descriptors to compose a statement of sound data element, and when a voice output request is generated, the sound data elements are obtained from the syntax data to generate speech sounds for one statement.</p> |
