PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrally manage information devices to be subjected to data erasure.SOLUTION: A data erasure management apparatus 1 includes: an acquisition section 121 which acquires a disposed device list including device identification information identifying an information device; an erasure instruction receiving section 128 which receives an instruction to erase data in the information device included in the disposed device list; an erasure instruction notification section 129 which notifies a dealer of instruction information including a request number identifying the disposed device list and indicating that the instruction to erase data in the information device included in the disposed device list has been issued, on receipt of the data erasure instruction; a status management section 127 which manages status of the information device included in the disposed device list, up to erasure of the data, corresponding to the acquired disposed device list; and a status display section 123 which displays the request number and a status corresponding to the disposed device list, in association with each other, in a display section of a client terminal 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
