PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag container opening device capable of opening stably a bag container in a long term, without using a cutting blade.SOLUTION: A bag container opening device for opening a slender bag container B in which a raw material is sealed, during cooking of beverage, comprises: bag container holding means for holding the bag container B in a standing posture extending in a vertical direction, thereby making a space part including no raw material on an upper part in the bag container B; and bag container opening means 131 for cutting a predetermined position of the bag container B, thereby opening the bag container B. The bag container opening means 131 comprises: a drive mechanism; a rotatable holding arm 136 capable of rotating around an axial line extending along a vertical direction; and a thread cutting arm 135 for thread cutting of the predetermined position of the bag container B in a state of holding the upper end part of the bag container B between it and the holding arm 136, by being driven by the drive mechanism.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 17 |
