PURPOSE:To quicken signal transfer by quickening a potential change in a circuit attended with a change in a logical value of an input signal. CONSTITUTION:When the logic value of a signal the inverse of CS goes from '1' to '0', a transistor (TR) 3 of an inverter 30 is turned on, a potential at an output terminal of an inverter 30, that is, a node 5 rises. Since are electrode of a capacitor 14 connects to the node 5, the potential change of the node 16 is transferred to a node 11. When the potential of the node 11 is smaller than a drain level of a TR 15, the potential of the source, that is, a node 16 rises by a change in the level of the node 11 by the source follower operation of the R 15 to improve the drive capability of the TR 3. Thus, the signal transfer is quickened. |
