PURPOSE:To improve fire occurrence restraint effect by impregnating linear conductor composed of plural conductor element wires with the liquid in which glass powder is mixed into a volatile liquid and drying the conductor, and then extrudingly spreading an insulator on the periphery of the conductor. CONSTITUTION:Mixed liquid 2 in which glass powder is mixed into a volatile liquid is made effluent from the upper part to be impregnated into a stranded wire conductor 1 while the conductor 1 is moved rightward. Then the liquid is evaporated with the conductor 1 dried with a dryer 3. And then an insulator 13 is extrudingly spread on the periphery of the conductor 1 with an extruder 4. |
