<p>PURPOSE: To smooth the root part of a tooth, by reciprocally moving a polisher through a bearing sleeve with two fixed arm connected to a drive part with an eccentric shaft placed in a casing with a handle. CONSTITUTION: When a drive shaft 55 is rotated, an eccentric pin 57 eccentrically rotates to make a lifting bolt 59 generate reciprocal vibration which is transmitted to upper and lower arms 60 through a spring 63 to reciprocally move a bearing sleeve 24 in an inner housing 4. A polisher 27 on the tip end of a shank 26 unrotatably engaged by four balls, i.e., an end piece 66, is reciprocally moved to smooth the root face of a tooth.</p> |
