PURPOSE:To prevent improper connection even if a hole is reduced in diameter by wiring a wiring pattern to be connected at a larger angle than 90 deg. in the hole in the connection of a through hole to a wiring. CONSTITUTION:When a through hole 1 having 0.5mm or less is formed at a wiring pattern corner, it is wired at a larger angle than 90 deg. in the hole by considering that a wiring 2 has a rounded shape at the corner. Thus, the position of the wiring 2 fixed along the wiring pattern can be approached to the wiring pattern as compared with the case of 90 deg. (or less). Accordingly, the deviation of the wiring position to be actually fixed to the wiring pattern can be reduced in the hole. |
