Composite fuel cell of thin lanthanum strontium fluoride having a laminate (composite)-type structure (151, 152, 153, 154). In another aspect, the solid electrolyte for a fuel cell is a monocrystal or polycrystal structure of PbeSnfFg, where Pb is lead and Sn is tin.
