An indoor/outdoor battery powered electric childs wheelchair. The wheelchair has four wheel drive, steering, braking and independent suspension. Powered by two twelve volt 24 amp batteries the wheelchair is operated by a joystick control knob and five control buttons with a visual L.C.D. screen display unit. The control panel buttons, L.C.D. screen and joystick control knob are linked up to an electronic control box which is programmed to make the wheelchair manoeuvre in a variety of positions as disclosed in Figure 1-14 (not shown). |
