PURPOSE:To obtain the high degree of freedom by setting variably the mode of panning effect added to a musical sound signal with operator data. CONSTITUTION:This controller is provided with a panning mode setting means 1-2 which sets variably the mode of the panning effect added to the musical sound signal with the operator data and a panning effect adding means 1-12 which adds the panning effect to the musical sound signal by generating panning control data according to the setting contents of the panning mode setting means 1-2 when the operator data is supplied. Therefore, even when similar operation is performed by one operator 1-1, 1-3, 1-4 or 1-6, different panning effect can be added according to settings. Consequently, the dynamism of a sound field which can not be realized by operating a normal operator can be added. |
