<p>PURPOSE:To improve operation efficiency by assembling a door with a coating hinge pin whose vertical mid stage part comes to a small diameter at the time of preassembling the door to a car body, receovering it after coating, and making it so as to use an assembling hinge instead at the time of door assembling after the assembly process. CONSTITUTION:When a door is preassembled to a car body assembled at a body assembly process, a coating exclusive hinge pin 7 is used, through which the car body and the door are coated at the same time. Then, when the door is removed, this coating hinge pin 7 is recovered. When the assembly process is over and the door is assembled to the car body in a final stage, an assembling hinge pin 8 is used instead. This coating exclusive hinge pin 7 is made up of making its mid stage part into a small diameter. With this constitution, improvement in operation efficiency is well promoted by using this coating exclusive hinge pin which is no hindrance even if coating material is stuck.</p> |
