Provided is an opening/closing device which prevents an opened/closed body that is opened/closed by rotating from being imperfectly closed, wherein an opening/closing conveyance guide part causes a lock shaft, provided to an opening/closing guide body that rotates around a guide rotation shaft, to slide in a groove provided in a lock lever that rotates around a lock rotation shaft. The opening/closing conveyance guide part maintains the lock release posture of the lock lever by using the lock shaft when the opening/closing guide body is in a state other than a closed state. Thus, the opening/closing conveyance guide part only rotates the opening/closing guide body in the direction of an arrow S2 to cause the lock shaft to slide smoothly in the groove so that the lock shaft reaches the vicinity of the rear end. As a result, the opening/closing conveyance guide part causes the opening/closing guide body to transit to the closed state without being hooked during the transition and takes a locking posture for regulating the movement of the lock shaft by a regulating part.
