PURPOSE:To judge any trouble accurately by judging that there is something wrong in a control valve to feed or exhaust a hydraulic fluid to or from a cylinder unit, in the case where internal pressure in this cylinder unit varying a car level continues as long as the specified time and is in a lowering state when wheels are further bumped from its bumped state. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder unit A is installed in space between a spring upper weight part and a spring lower weight part, and a car height is changed by feed or exhaust of a hydraulic fluid. Likewise, the feed or exhaust of the hydraulic fluid to or from the cylinder unit A is carried out by a feed-exhaust control valve B. In addition, the feed-exhaust control valve B is controlled by a feed- exhaust control means C on the basis of the preset condition. On the other hand, such a fact that each wheel is further bumped from the bumped state is detected by a bump detecting means D, while pressure in the cylinder unit A is detected by a pressure detecting means E. At a trouble judging means F, when the bump detected value is more than the specified value and the pressure detected value continues as long as the specified time and is in a lowering state, it is so judged that there is something wrong with the feed- exhaust control value B.
