PURPOSE:To enable a cook to quickly and easily confirm the menus via a monitor by displaying collectively the ordered menus on a designated monitor with a setting operation of a POS terminal. CONSTITUTION:The start time and the end time are designated for the system change via the input of a keyboard at a POS terminal 1, and either number is designated out of waiting terminals 5-7 and kitchen terminals 8-10 to be actuated respectively. Then an execution key is operated. A microprocessor of the terminal 1 actuates only the monitor of a due number among monitors 5a-10a as long as the time is kept within a limit range. Then the ordered menus are displayed in the order of set specific monitors. When the set time is over, the menus are displayed again on the monitors as original. As a result, a small number of cooks can prepare many menus at one place only whole looking at the monitors. Then the cooking and waiting efficiency can be improved in a time band which includes a small number of customers. |
