<p>PURPOSE:To provide a subject device which facilitates setting of a control condition, by a method wherein a sensor for detecting a rotation condition is located in the proximity of a main drive shaft of an operating mechanism for a vulcanizer, and a sensor and a control part are connected together through the medium of a central operation unit. CONSTITUTION:A sensor 30, which detects rotation of a main drive shaft 13 of an operating mechanism 10 for vulcanizer for opening and closing an upper and a lower mold for a tyre vulcanizer, is connected to a control part 27 though a central operation unit 40. A signal for designating the opening and the closing condition of the upper and the lower mold is inputted from the sensor 30 to convert it into a numerical value, the value is compared with a converted into numerical value control information previously inputted in the unit 40 for computation, and based on the result, a control part 27 is actuated. By means of a signal outputted from the control part 27, a solenoid 28 is operated to control a tyre vulcanizer.</p> |
