<p>PURPOSE:To prevent an aluminum whisker from being generated by providing a 2nd film containing metal other than aluminum on a 1st film of a video signal line which contains aluminum and making the width of the 2nd film larger than that of the 1st film. CONSTITUTION:The 1st conductive film d1 is formed of chromium to 500 - 1,000Angstrom thickness and the 2nd conductive film d2 is formed of aluminum to 3,000 - 55,000Angstrom . In such a case, the 1st conductive film d1 of a source electrode SD1 and the 1st conductive film d1 of a drain electrode SD2 are constituted to large sizes on a channel formation side as compared with the 2nd conductive film d2 and a 3rd conductive film d3. Namely, the 1st conductive film d1 is formed larger than the 2nd conductive film d2 and 3rd conductive film d3 even if mask mismatching in manufacture process is caused among the 1st conductive film d1, 2nd conductive film d2, and 3rd conductive film d3. Consequently, an aluminum whisker is prevented from being generated.</p> |
