摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To avoid damage to even split molds or aluminum molds with low rigidity by a method in which relations between vulcanization conditions and necessary clamping forces are beforehand obtained and actual clamping forces of molds are changed according to necessary clamping forces. CONSTITUTION:A press is opened or closed by the rotation of a crank gear 4, and the press is closed just before the most lowest limit point L to obtain a maximum clamping force FMAX at the point L. The clamping force is controlled by an oil-pressure motor 5 or electric motor to turn the clank gear 4 of the torque mechanism, the timing to set up internal and external pressures is set by a vulcanization timer 6, and vulcanization cinditions varying during the vulcanization sequence period, or clamping forces necessary for the time to close the press, the time to turn on internal pressure (a), and the time to turn off external pressure (b) are calculated by a micro computer 7 and compared with actual clamping forces. The clamping forces are controlled by closing or opening the valve 10 through a pressure regulator 9. The actual clamping forces can thus be changed according to necessary clamping forces, damage to molds can be avoided, and no defective appearance caused by compression strain can be avoided.</p>
