PURPOSE:To obtain a planar slow-wave line having an extremely large slow- wave factor, by laminating a dielectric substance film on a dielectric substance substrate and then providing a strip line conductor on the upper surface of said substrate to guide the wave to an earthed conductor. CONSTITUTION:A conductor film 19 is coated over the lower and side surfaces of a dielectric substance substrate 15. Thus the earthed conductors 16 are formed with plural slip-shaped conductor films which are periodically arranged with a certain space secured between them on the substrate 15. Then a dielectric substance film 16 is laminated on the upper surfaces of the substrate 15 and the conductors 16. A strip line conductor 18 is formed on the film 17 to guide waves toward the periodical array of conductors 16. |
