PURPOSE:To conduct recording and regeneration with high sensibility by laser beams by forming an organic thin-film layer containing at least one kind of a naphthalocyanin group compound having a specified composition. CONSTITUTION:An organic thin-film layer including at least one kind or more of a naphthalocyanin group compound shown in formula is shaped onto a substrate. M represents Al, Ga, In, Si, Ge or Sn in formula. X represents an alkyl group, an aryl group, a heterocyclic residue, a halogen atom, a nitro group, a cyano group, a sulfonic group, etc. R<1>-R<11> may be equal or different mutually, represent a hydrogen atom, the alkyl group which may have a substitutent, the aryl group, an acyl group, a cycloalkyl group, or a polyether group, or four- to seven-membered rings may also be shaped by both R<6> and R<7>, both R<8> and R<9> or both R<10> and R<11>, and a heterocycle containing a hetero-atom such as a nitrogen atom may also be used as these tetra or hepta rings. R<12>-R<14> may also be made the same or different mutually, and represent the alkyl group having the substitutent, the cycloalkyl group or the aryl group. |
