PURPOSE:To reduce the cost by forming one group of plural photoelectric converting means and operating one detection output from plural detection outputs outputted from respective photoelectric converting means and using this operated detection output as the detection output of this group. CONSTITUTION:Since plural photoelectric conversion elements 2 to 9 which receive the reflected light of a beam spot 19 are arranged around the beam spot 19, the visual field is extended, and the variance of inspected results accompanied with the change of the diffusion characteristic of the reflected light from a mounted printed board 18 is reduced even though this diffuse characteristic is changed in accordance with the direction of a solder surface, and the mounted printed board is inspected by comparison with known ruggedness information of the mounted printed board. Outputs of photoelectric conversion elements 2 to 9 are grouped by two, and height information and brightness information of groups are used to inspect the printed board, and thereby, the burden on hardware or software in succeeding stages is reduced and the cost is reduced by miniaturization of hardware, especially, a memory part or the like. |
