Device for pumping blood from humans or animals and conveying it into a membrane filter 5 where some of the blood plasma is filtered off and thereafter subjected to suitable treatment by means of electromagnetic fields 6, after which the filtered and treated blood plasma is combined with the concentrated blood from the dialysis filter in the mixer 7, and the partially treated whole blood thereafter returns to the body.
