PURPOSE: To obtain a sugarless low-calorie sweetener containing specified proportions of xylitol and low-calorie filler. CONSTITUTION: This sweetener contains xylitol and low calorie filler by 4:0.05 dry weight. The low calorie filler is preferably a polymer of glucose, maltose or fructose, or condensed polymer of dextrose through random bonds, cocoa fiber, oat fiber, wheat fiber, sugar bear fiber or corn fiber. Further, a strong sweetener such as dipeptide sweetener is preferably included. |
