PURPOSE:To improve the quantitative limit of analysis and to improve the reliability of the quantitative level in the mass fragment measurement, by reducing the influence of the obstructive component for deteriorating S/N through mass spec trographic measurement. CONSTITUTION:Required factor is multiplied on an ion detection signal selected as an index for obstructive subsistance by means of variable gain amplifier Vg 1-n. A controller C will specify the outputs of signal distribution circuits D1, D2 or two variable gain amplifiers Vgi, Vgj then they are sampled and provided to a subtractor Su. The timing of sampling of said outputs is set in the interval when the ion Ii of the objective subsistance in charge of Vgi and the ion Ij of the obstructive subsistance in charge of Vgi are detected then said ion detections are performed again in the mass number scanning in the mass spectrometer, and the output from the subtractor Su is inputted to a channel corresponding with the ion Ii of the objective subsistance and stored. |
