PURPOSE:To provide the subject flexible composition having excellent strength and elasticity at the ordinary temperature and capable of being processed at low temperatures by comprising squalene and polyisoprene containing trans-1,4- bonds as a main component. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. of polyisoprene containing >=90%, preferably >=95%, of trans-1,4-bonds and having a Mooney viscosity ML1+4 (100 deg.C) of >=10 at 100 deg.C and (B) 5-100 pts.wt., preferably 10-80 pts.wt., of squalene having a structure of the formula as a plasticizer, the squalene being liquid at the ordinary temperature. |
