PURPOSE:To transmit a high speed signal without generating ringing and without increasing power consumption by taking out the output of a quantum flux parametron circuit by means of transformer coupling, and transmitting a signal by means of a transmission line which has terminated matching. CONSTITUTION:The output signal of the quantum flux parametron(QFP) circuit 11 is transmitted to the transmission line 14 through inductances 12 and 13 constituting a transformer. Then, the output signal of the line 14 is supplied to rf-SQUID 18 arranged near a QFP circuit 20 in a subsequential-level through inductances 15 and 16 constituting a transformer, and a terminal resistance 17 which is set almost equal to the characteristic impedance of the line 14 terminates it. The output of SQUID 18 is transmitted to QFP circuit 20 in the subsequent level by inductance 182 and 19a constituting a transformer. Thus, the signal can be transmitted far away without deteriorating the waveform of the output signal of the QFP circuit 20, and power consumption can be reduced.
