The suspension system consists of a steering arm (25) and a pair of swing arms (12,15). The swing arms are mounted forwardly at upper and lower locations on the steering arm and mounted pivotally rearwardly of a vehicle. The forward location of the upper swing arm is outside the circumference of the front wheel. The forward location of the lower swing arm is above and rearward of the axle. The swing arms extend upwardly.
