PURPOSE:To shorten a processing time, to determine a process starting sequence on a real time basis, and to reduce a calculating quantity and calculating time by degenerating the complicated state of plural jobs to a grade value. CONSTITUTION:A controller 9, which functions for a manufacturing shop 10 on a real time basis, classifies various characteristic variables into the grade values by using a waiting time before respective job processes, and time information to express the extent of advance/delay with respect to the time to passing through respective job processes and the urgency level of a fixed job, and holds the values at the inside of a control part 7 as a converting table. Next the storage part of an IF-THEN rule at the inside of the control part 7 is retrieved, and the priority evaluating value of the job is obtained from the conclusion part of the rule having obtained matching. Further the job having high priority evaluation value is preferentially executed, the jobs are rearranged in the descending sequence of the evaluation value, and priority indicating information is outputted 5. |
