<p>PURPOSE:To provide a power generating device, which is free from risk of pollution and noise generation and which does not result in contamination of the atmosphere by partitioning the inside of a cylinder provided in a water trough, pouring compressed air into the compartment, and generating a buoyancy difference on the side facing the free water pressure with the compartment. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder is installed at a certain distance from the circular shelter part 2 of a water trough 1, and partitioned into a plurality of compartments with bulkheads 14, wherein each compartment 13 is equipped with an air ignition hole provided with a valve. If air is injected until the surroundings consisting of elastic substance become circular, the compressed air in the compartment 13 increases its buoyancy in the magnitude of water pressure which pressure cylinder of an arbitrary substance, which generate difference in the buoyancy between on the shelter side and free water surface side. Both side faces of the cylinder are sealed with an elastic substance, and the outside water pressure presses the inside compressed air, wherein it shall be freely fixed to the water trough 1 upon penetrating the side face in the central part, and the revolving speed of generation 10 over the trough shall be adjusted with the size of gear. From this generator 10, accumulation is made in a capacitor 9, wherefrom power is taken out according to demand.</p> |
