<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the breakdown of nonlinear elements by static electricity by connecting lines by low resistance parts respectively in row lines and column lines and connecting the row lines and the column lines by high resistance parts. CONSTITUTION:The row lines 12 of add number rows are connected to each other with low resistance by the low resistance parts 17a and similarly the lines 12 of even number rows are connected to each other with low resistance by the low resistance parts 17c. The row lines 13 of odd number rows are connected to each other with low resistance by the low resistance parts 17b and the column lines 13 of even number column by the low resistance parts 17d. On the other hand, the row lines 12 and the column lines 13 are connected with high resistance by straight parts 16a to 16d of a short ring 6. The potential differences between the respective lines of the row lines 12 of odd number rows, the row lines 12 of even (number) rows, the column lines 13 of odd number columns, and the column lines 13 of even number columns are eliminated via the low resistance parts 17a to 17d when the high voltage by static electricity is impressed. The breakdown of the non linear element 14 is prevented in this way.</p> |
