PURPOSE: To eliminate the optical distortion of a lamp for improving optical effect by cleaning a lamp tube, filling filler therein and closing the opening end of an original material with a stem formation. CONSTITUTION: At the same time when a lamp tube 10 is heated with a flame 2 at about 1,000 deg.C for six seconds, an inactive gas flow of about 50-300l/h (depending on the volume of the tube) is filled through a bushing 17 to remove the inside contamination of the lamp tube 10. A hopper 19 is used to put necessary filler 20 such as mercury drops. After it gets to a desired temperature, the bushing 17 is pulled off and an original material 8 is airtightly closed in an area on an airtight sheet 13 with a stem. In this way, the optical distortion of the lamp tube 10 is eliminated for more optical effect. |
