PURPOSE:To enable loads to be smoothly and stably unloaded by an unloader such as a crane for unloading the loads held with a load holder constituted to float on a truck. CONSTITUTION:When loads such as reels 1 of hose or wire are handled, a load transshipping apparatus is constituted from a truck 11 and a reel holder 4 arranged on the truck 11 and provided with a pair of erect holder plates 6 on a base plate 7 disposed on the truck 11. The reels 1 are handled by an unloader 8 having a pair of poles 9. In this case, a support table 12 provided on the lower portion with a plurality of idle rollers 14 is interposed between the reel holder 4 and the truck 11 so that the reel holder 4 can float relative to the truck 11. Also, a lock mechanisms a is provided which consists of a drive 17 and a locating member 16 to prevent the table 12 from floating while the truck 11 travels. |
