PURPOSE:To obtain the DRAW type optical disk having interchangeability with a compact disk by sticking an org. material film which is decreased in refractive index by laser light for recording having a determined wavelength on a transparent substrate having guide grooves for tracking and providing a metallic film for reflection thereon. CONSTITUTION:This disk is constituted by laminating the light transparent org. material film 2 which is decreased in refractive index by absorbing the proper quantity of the laser light when irradiated with the laser light for recording having the predetermined wavelength and the metallic film 3 for light reflection on the transparent substrate 1 having the guide grooves G for tracking. The reproduction mechanism of the optical disk is executed substantially by the phase structure in this way and the optical disk of the DRAW type satisfying various requirements relating to the reflectivity, modulation percentage of high-frequency signals, tracking signal output, etc., regulated for the compact disk is easily obtd. |
