<p>PURPOSE:To trace a high-speed input and to prevent the erroneous detection of a low-speed input by detecting the movement quantity between points inputted by an input pen, determining an allowable range on a tablet according to the movement quantity at every input, and regarding only coordinates detected in a determined input allowable range as the effective input. CONSTITUTION:When an operation is started by a tablet controller 6, a voltage signal from an input pen 7 is sampled, and the voltage signals obtained by the sampling are respectively converted into X coordinate data and Y coordinate data on a tablet plate 1, and they are detected. Further, whether the detected coordinate data are positioned in the allowable range obtained by the previous processing or not is judged. At such a time, when the data are outside the allowable input range, the coordinate data are regarded as the erroneous detection caused by a noise, etc., and the operation is retried. Further the operation is repeated until the data exist in the allowable input range, and the coordinate data at the position in the allowable input range are inputted as the effective data to an information processor 9.</p> |
