PURPOSE:To smooth the moving of a head and to prevent the disc from breakdown, by fitting a permanent magnet respectively to a holder and a driving device of the head for magnetic disc and mutually repulsing (absorbing) the magnets keeping a constant distance. CONSTITUTION:Magnetic discs 9 and 10 are rotated through the rotation of a driving motor 3 via a pulley 5, a belt 7 and a pulley 6 and magnetic heads 11 and 11' are selectively accessed to the discs 9 and 10. A permanent magnet 14 is fitted under a driving device 12 of the heads 11 and 11' and a permanent magnet 15 is fitted to a flat plate of a holder 2, and the magnets are repulsed to keep an air gap delta. The absorbing force can be used by changing the position of the magnets. Thus, the forward or reverse of the driving device 12 using a current flowing to an actuator 13 and a voice coil 13a can be performed contactlessly and lightly, allowing to prevent the disc from breakdown. |
