CONSTITUTION:When data such as the garage incoming time band of the objective car, the color of the car and the type of the car inputted by a parking card loser are sent from a terminal equipment 26 for user, an objective car determining part 103 writes the sent data to objective car information data 113. Next, the data of a parking information control data table 110 are taken out and the contents of the data 113 are compared. Then, it is judged whether a condition is satisfied or not. When the condition is satisfied, a parking ID and a picture NO. in the data of the table 110 are written to a candidate car data file 114. A picture based on the picture data of a picture data file 107 to the picture NO. of the table 114 is displayed on the device 26 and it is questioned to the loser whether the displayed car is the objective car or not.
